Families Through Adoption and Korean Konnection Annual Korean Dinner

Selahart has been invited by Families Through Adoption and Korean Konnection to perform at their 26th annual Christmas Party and Korean Dinner on December 4th 2010.

Here is an excerpt on what Families Through Adoption/ Korean Konnection is:
"Families Through Adoption started as an adoptive parents support group through Welcome House. Our member families have adopted from many different countries and live throughout the central Pennsylvania area. We offer networking opportunities, have a yearly Festival of Many Lands in the spring, a Holiday Party in December and an occasional educational event. We also sponsor the Korean Dinner and Christmas Party which will be held on December 4.
The Korean Dinner began 26 years ago when Mr.and Mrs. Chon prepared a Korean feast for friends that had adopted a Korean child. They invited more adoptive families the next year and agreed to do this every year. Korean Konnection provided the place and they provided all the food, which is quite amazing since at least 200 people attend each year. Families Through Adoption has assumed Korean Konnection's role in sponsoring this event. This Dinner has become a holiday tradition for many of the Korean adoptees who attend and we are so grateful to Mr. and Mrs. Chon for this opportunity to experience a little bit of Korean culture."

In time with the winter holidays and this wonderful event, please support this organization and Selahart celebrate Families Through Adoption/ Korean Konnection's Christmas Party and Korean Dinner!

When: Saturday December 4th 2010 1:00PM
